Troubleshooting - Network - Unable to find music files stored on a PC when using DLNA/Media Server - Technics Audio Systems

When you play back music files over a network, music files that are not registered to its network server are not displayed. Whether or not each music file can be played back over your network is determined by the network server even if the format of the file is supported by this unit. For example, if you are using Windows Media® Player 11, not all music files on the PC are playable. You can play back only those added to the library of Windows Media® Player 11.
  • Add the contents and folder to the libraries of the Windows Media® player 11 or 12, or a smartphone, etc.
  • To use Windows Media® Player for streaming, you need to configure it in advance.
Tip - On most computers (Windows OS) you must have "File Sharing" turned on in order to access the file.
