Troubleshooting - No Power - Rice Cooker
- Pull out the plug from the electrical outlet.
- Pull out the plug from rice cooker unit.
- Check the socket.
- Unplug and check the circuit breaker.
- Plug back in to rice cooker.
- Plug back in to electrical outlet.
- If there is no problem at the breaker, For Warranty information select "Support Links" then "Warranty Information". verify your models warranty coverage. Before requesting service Many Rice Cookers in Canada are warranty exchange products. If warranty is for repair or if out of warranty take the rice cooker to the nearest service centre for information on service select "Support Links" then "Service locator".
