Is the turntable properly plugged in?

• Unplug the turntable from the outlet
• Ensure that the cord is not damaged in any way
• Re-insert the plug into the outlet firmly
• Attempt to use the turntable's power once again

If there is a control unit on this turntable? if Yes, is the control unit connected with the main unit?

• Insert the control unit connection cable until it clicks
