Headphones and Earbuds
Possible cause and solutions
- If foreign materials (such as earwax) build up in the earpiece, there may be no sound or the volume may seem lower than usual. Make sure there is no earwax, foreign matter, etc., attached to the earpieces of the earbuds. Remove the earpieces from the main unit (earbuds) and clean them regularly using a diluted netural detergent or in warm water. Rinse with clean water and dry with soft cloth.
- If there is no sound coming from the earbuds, the Bluetooth® connection may be unstable or earbuds are not connected to the Bluetooth® device. Place the earbuds in the charging case and wear them after 20 seconds. Make sure that the earbuds and the Bluetooth® device are connected correctly.
- Check if music is playing on the Bluetooth® device.
- Make sure that the earbuds are turned on.
- Check if the Bluetooth® device supports “A2DP” profile. Also refer to the “Listening to music” of the Operating Manual) for the Bluetooth® compatible device for details on supported profiles.
- The volume of Bluetooth® devices such as smartphones and the volume of the earbuds may be controlled separately. Increase the volume of both the earbuds and Bluetooth® device.
- If the issue persists How to RESET the earbuds and perform the pairing again.

Model SC-GN01
There is no sound
Possible cause and solutions
- The USB port or plug may be dirty. Wipe the USB port and plug clean with a soft dry cloth.
- The sound may have been muted or turned down low on the connected device. Adjust the volume on the connected device.
- Make sure that “Panasonic SC-GN01 (Game)” is selected as the audio output device on the connected device.
There are interruptions to the sound. / Too much noise. / Poor sound quality
- Make sure the USB port is normal. If there are other USB ports on your computer, try using one of the other USB ports.
- There may be a USB hub between the unit and the computer. If there are other USB ports on your computer, try using one of the other USB ports.
- You may be trying to supply power from the USB port of a device which is the same as the input and output of analogue audio signals or another device that is connected by some kind of wiring. Supply power with a USB AC adaptor, etc.
SC-GT07

- Distorted. If an AC power supply cord or fluorescent lights are near the cords, then keep other appliances and cords away from the cables.
- Select the correct source.
- Change the DIG INPUT setting to suit the type of connection you have made.
- Check that the digital signals can be decoded by this unit.
- Turn PCM FIX or DTS FIX off.
SC-HTB450
Possible cause and solutions

- Switch off the system, determine and correct the cause, then switch the system on again. It can be caused by straining of the speakers through excessive volume or power, and when using the system in a hot environment.
- Turn muting off.
- Check the connections to the other devices.
- Make sure that the received audio signal is compatible with this system. LPCM, Dolby Digital, DTS.
- If this system is connected to the TV with only an HDMI cable, make sure that the TV’s HDMI terminal is labeled “HDMI (ARC)”. If not, connect using the optical digital audio cable.
- If this system is connected to a Panasonic TV and turned on using the button on the main unit or the remote control, sound might not be output from this system. In this case, turn the main unit on using the TV’s remote control.
- If the connections are correct, there might be a problem with the cables. Redo the connections with different cables.
- Check the audio output settings on the connected device.
- If the AUX1 indicator flashes and there is no audio output, try the following.
- Turn the connected device off and then on.
- Turn off this system, remove the HDMI cable, then reconnect the HDMI cable and turn this system back on.
SC-HTB70
