Troubleshooting - One earbud has a connection delay. - TWS earbuds

It is normal that the connection of one earbud may be delayed by a few seconds occasionally.

However if the delay is more that 10 seconds make sure the there is no interference from Wifi sources or electrical appliances like microwave or televisions. If there is interference move to a location with no interference and try the earbuds again. If the delay is still more that 10 seconds the earbuds may have a service isssue. Contact you place of purchase or Contact an Authorized Panasonic Service center.

If the delay is less than 10 seconds answer the following questions to troubleshoot.

There appears to be a service issue with the earbuds.

If the delays continue to persist, using the Audio Connect App, set the "Connection Mode" setting to "Connection Priority."
