Troubleshooting - One earbud is not connecting. - TWS

Answer for Technics and Panasonic Earphones RZ-S300, RZ-S500, EAH-AZ70.

  1. Move closer to the bluetooth device. Make sure to be within 10m (33 feet) of the device.
  2. Make sure there is no interference from WiFi sources or electrical appliance like microwaves or televisions.

Once you are close to the Bluetooth source and there is no source of interference, look at the Blue LED on the earbud,



It Blinks Slowly.


The one earbud may not be paired with the device.

Repeat the pairing process.

  1. Place both earbuds in the charging case and charge them for 2.5 hours.
  2. When you open the charging case lid, the white bars (3 bars) indicates the charging case charge process. When all three bars are lit white, charging is complete.
  3. After charging, remove the earbuds out of the charging case, and they will automatically go into pairing mode (starts flashing alternately RED/BLUE) and will also announce bluetooth® pairing.
  4. Turn on Bluetooth® device (ex: smartphone, etc.) and enable the Bluetooth® function.
  5. Under the Bluetooth® menu of the device (Ex: smartphone, etc.) select device name "RZ-S500W", OR "RZ-S300W", OR "EAH-AZ70W"
  6. Once connected (Paired), confirm by playing any audio on the connected device.

Do both earbuds work after the re-pairing? If Yes, Problem resolved.

If no, There appears to be a service issue with the earbuds. Contact you place of purchase or an Authorized Panasonic Service center.

It blinks twice in 5 seconds


Delete the registered Bluetooth device and pair again.

If no, There appears to be a service issue with the earbuds. Contact you place of purchase or an Authorized Panasonic Service center.
