Massages stop for safety if the body cannot be detected for one of the following reasons.
- The user is not sitting.
- The head and/or back is not touching the backrest.
- A cushion is placed against the backrest or the user is wearing thick clothing.
- Press the Power
before operating from the
start again.
- Sit firmly, lean gently back so that your head touches the
pillow, press
and then press 
to start again.
- The comfort cushion is not raised.
