Troubleshooting - Scenes/still pictures cannot be deleted.

HC-WXF1, HC-V800, HC-VX1, HC-V180

• Release the protect setting.
• It may not be possible to delete scenes still pictures where the thumbnails are displayed as [!Exclamation Mark].
• If the scenes/still pictures are unnecessary, format the SD card/HDD to erase the data. Please be aware that if a Media is formatted then all the data recorded on the Media is erased and cannot be recovered. Back up important data on a PC etc.
