Troubleshooting - Scenes/still pictures cannot be played back.

Any scenes or still pictures where the thumbnails are displayed with an exclamation mark cannot be played back.   In most cases an exclamation mark is displayed for the following

• Scenes recorded with another device or edited with editing software.
• Scenes with damaged data.

Model HC-X1 / HC-X2 / HC-X20 - The thumbnails of scenes recorded on other devices with different system frequencies are indicated with a play and prohibitted symbol

You can play them back by changing the System Frequency setting.
