Troubleshooting - Step by step guide when the LED in one earbud is non-operational - Technics and Panasonic Earphones

Troubleshooting for Models RZ-S300, RZ-S500, EAH-AZ70

This may indicate a charging problem.

Put both earbuds into the charging case.
Make sure that the earbuds are seated properly in the charging case.
Close the case, make sure that the charging case has three white LED's or is showing a status of charging.
Wait 15 seconds then open the case and check if the RED LED on the earbud is present.

Did the Red LED turn on?

There appears to be a service issue with the earbuds.

The problem is resolved.

Check if you can hear sound when using the touch sensor of the non-functioning earbud.

Do you hear sound?

Reset to the default factory settings.

Take the right earbud out of the charging case. Once the LED light has turned blue, touch and hold the touch sensor(on the right earbud) for roughly 7 seconds. The earbud's LED will alternate between blue and red.
Within 1-2 seconds from performing step 2, touch and hold the right earbud's touch sensor for about 10 seconds. The earbud's blue LED will blink rapidly, and when the power turns off, the right earbud will return to it's original factory settings.
Repeat steps 1 to 3 with the left earbud to complete the factory resetting process.

Replace them in the charging case and check if the LED function has returned?. If Yes, Problem resolved.

If No, There appears to be a service issue with the earbuds. Contact you place of purchase or an Authorized Panasonic Service center.
