Troubleshooting - The "Closed Caption" service is still not working even though the setting is enabled on the TV.
The "Closed Caption" feature may need to be activated on the cable box or satellite receiver. Please refer to your cable box/receiver operating instructions or contact your TV service provider.
When using a Blu-ray disc or DVD player, the "Closed Caption" service will be displayed on the TV (regardless of the TV settings) as long as the Closed Caption feature is activated on the player.
