Troubleshooting - The color of the rice changes durning the "Keep Warm" function.
Possible causes;
- Inadequate washing of rice.
- Cooking with a lot of oil.
- Foreign matters between pan, the inner pan and heater.
- The rice has been warmed more than 12 hours. (5 hours for model SR-G06FG/SR-ZE105/185, SR-UH36N, SR-W10FGE, SR-Y18FGJ, SR-Y22FGJ)
- The cold rice is kept warm.
- For models with steam cap, the outer lid or detachable inner lid is not securely closed.
