Troubleshooting - The earbuds fall out of my ears.

1. Insert the earbud into your ear with the Technics logo oriented horizontally and the microphone pointing down towards your mouth.
   
2. Insert the earphones into your ears. Adjust as shown in the pictures so that the earpieces fit well into your ear canals.
   
3. If they feel like they are coming loose when you move, try to use properly sized earpieces that fit firmly into your ears to enjoy the full sound quality, noise cancelling and acoustics of the earphones. Available earpiece sizes are Extra Small(XS), Small(S), Medium(M), Large(L), Extra Large(XL). For Models EAH-AZ60M2 and EAH-AZ80 included are additional sizes of Extra Small 2(XS2), Small 2(S2)

   The default size the earbuds have on when you first open the package for EAH-AZ80 and EAH-AZ60M2 is size M (Medium).

1. Check the orientation L (left ear) and R (right ear) of the earphones are correct. Hint - The left earphone has a raised dot indicating the L side.
2. Fit firmly by turning the earphones a small amount at a time.
3. Confirm that the earphones will not fall from your ears after you have fitted them. If the earphones fall out easily, replace with the earpieces (supplied) of a different size. Available earpiece sizes are Small(S), Medium(M), Large(L).

Remove the earpieces

Hold the earpiece with your fingertips and twist slightly to pull it out.

Attach the earpieces

Make sure the earpieces are fitted firmly onto the earphones and confirm that they are not at an angle. For Technics model check the direction of "Technics" Logo and fit earphones firmly. And then, make sure the surface of earphones should not face down. Wear the headphones correctly to achieve good noise cancelling and acoustics.

Insert the earbuds into your ear with the Panasonic logo on the bottom and the charging terminals on the top.
