Troubleshooting - The LCD monitor flickers indoors.
- Color or brightness of the image may change, or you may see horizontal bars in the image when the object is recorded under fluorescent light, mercury light or sodium light, etc., but this is not a malfunction.
- Record images in Auto Shutter Mode or adjust the shutter speed to 1/50, 1/60 or 1/100 in areas of 50 Hz.
- Adjust the Synchro Scan shutter speed.
For models HC-VX870, HC-V210, HC-V270, HC-V500, HC-V510, HC-V550, HC-V700, HC-V720
- In Motion Picture Recording Mode, record in Intelligent Auto Mode/Intelligent Auto Plus Mode or set the shutter speed to 1/60 in areas where the power supply frequency is 60 Hz, or 1/100 in areas of 50 Hz.
- In Still Picture Recording Mode, this will not affect the recorded image.
- For model HC-VX870: In FULL HD Slow Motion Mode, setting the shutter speed to 1/120 seconds reduces the intensity of the problem.
