The Panasonic VIERA or OLED television is not working properly.

For audio and picture problems perform a "TV Self-Test" to verify proper function of the TV for picture and sound.

To access the television self test mode,

1. Press [MENU]
2. Scroll to "HELP"and press [OK]
3. Scroll to "TV Self Test" and press [OK]
