Troubleshooting - The remote control does not work. - DVD-S700
- Aim the remote control directly at the sensor on the front of the DVD player.
- Check that the batteries are fresh, are of the same type and are installed with the correct polarity (+ & -).
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix different battery types (such as alkaline and -manganese batteries).
- Do not use rechargeable (Ni-Cd) batteries.
