Troubleshooting - The software that is supplied with the camera will not work with a Mac computer.
- Connect the camera to the Mac via USB, selecting PC on the cameras connection options. The camera will install using drivers built into the Mac and appear on the desktop.
- iPhoto should start up automatically when the camera is connected to the Mac and give you the option to import your Photos and Motion JPEG Video. We recommend using OSX 10.4 onwards and iPhoto 08 onwards.
- To download your AVCHD video should that option be available on your camera you will need to use the iMovie from Apple. iMovie will not automatically open.
- You will need to open iMovie and then click on the Import button on the left hand side of the software. For further help using the Mac applications please refer to the Apple website, contact Mac by phone or visit your nearest Mac store.
