Troubleshooting - The sound is interrupted. Technics
For troubleshooting when the sound is interrupted select the Technics model from the list below.

SB-C700
This unit incorporate protection circuitry to protect it from damage caused by excessive input or abnormal signals; when excess input is detected, input is automatically interrupted.
If sound is interrupted.
- Reduce the volume of the receiver (or amplifier).
- Check the sound source and connections for any problems.
If there is no problem, the protection circuitry will reset in a few minutes.
After the protection circuit is reset, take care not to increase the receiver’s volume too high.
SB-R1

Possible cause and solutions
- If the signal is interrupted, changing the location and angle of the broadband router may improve the signal reception of the connected device.
- If several wireless devices are simultaneously using the same wireless network as this unit, try turning off the other devices or reducing their wireless network usage.
- If playback has stopped, check the playback status on the smartphone, tablet or connected device.
SU-G30
Depending on your environment, the audio may be interrupted during playback.
- Check the operating instructions of the connected device.
- Check the connection to the device.
