Troubleshooting - The televisions remote control does not work.

Ensure that no object, such as a center speaker or sound bar, is blocking the bottom front of the TV.
Check that the batteries are fresh, are of the same type and are installed with the correct polarity (+ & -).
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix different battery types (such as alkaline and manganese batteries).
- Do not use rechargeable (Ni-Cd) batteries.
Try a remote reset by removing the batteries and pressing every button on the remote twice. Re-insert the batteries.
To operate other devices, such as changing channels when using Cable or Satellite boxes, or operating non-Panasonic Blu-ray players, use the remote supplied with the device.
