Troubleshooting - The unit does not respond. - Audio Headphones

For Models: RP-BTS10, RP-HTX80, RP-HTX90, RP-HJE120, RP-HF400B

  • Push the power button for 10 seconds. Following this, the unit will be reset. (The pairing device information will not be deleted.)

For models RP-BTS35, RP-BTS55, RP-BTD5, RP-HD605, RB-M300, RB-M500, RB-M700

  • Connect the unit to a computer using the USB charging cord. The unit will be reset.

For model RP-HD610

  • The Multiple functions button does not work when the detachable cord (supplied) is used.
