Troubleshooting - There is audio when playing a disc in the Blu-ray player, but there is no audio when using Viera Cast.

If the player is connected with analog cables to the TV, check that the "Analog Audio Output" setting in the menu of the Blu-ray player is set to "2ch (Down mix) + 5.1ch" instead of "7.1 ch."
