Troubleshooting - Using Voice Assistance - RZ-S300, RZ-S500, EAH-AZ70

I touch and hold the left earbud touch sensor for about 2 seconds, but my device's voice assistant does not respond

If your smartphone doesn't respond to the correct activation phrase ("Hey Siri," "Okay Google," etc.), please check your smartphone's settings. Please contact your smartphone provider(carrier) for further details.


When using Voice Assistance, the Ambient Sound mode is automatically ON and I hear sounds from my environment, even when I have the Noise Cancelling mode activated

Noise cancelling is temporarily reduced to pick up your voice from the microphone. You may feel that Ambient Sound is on, but Noise Cancelling is actually reduced. Please set "External Sound Control" to OFF. If you find that the noise cancelling has been reduced to an abnormal level, please contact customer service for further analysis.
