Possible cause and solutions
- It is not charged. Fully charge the appliance.
- The switch is turned ON with the adaptor connected to the household outlet. Charging is only possible when connected to the household outlet. Disconnect from the outlet before use.
- The skin protector or discs are deformed, cracked, or damaged. Request repair at an authorized service center.
- Hair dust has accumulated. Clean the hair dust.
- Shower gel has adhered to the discs and blade. Wash it off by soaking in warm water.
- The frame is not securely attached. Reattach it.
