Troubleshooting - When epilating - The appliance does not operate.

Possible cause and solutions

  • It is not charged. Fully charge the appliance.
  • The switch is turned ON with the adaptor connected to the household outlet. Charging is only possible when connected to the household outlet. Disconnect from the outlet before use.
  • The skin protector or discs are deformed, cracked, or damaged. Request repair at an authorized service center.
  • Hair dust has accumulated. Clean the hair dust.
  • Shower gel has adhered to the discs and blade. Wash it off by soaking in warm water.
  • The frame is not securely attached. Reattach it.
  • For models with a scrub, brush or brush head shower gel could have adhered to the scrub, brush or brush head. Rinse in warm water. If shower gel does not rinse away, remove the scrub brush or brush head and soak in warm water.
