Digital Video Cameras Standard Warranty

• Mail in warranty for 1 year parts and 90 days labor.
• Rechargable Batteries (defective exchange), exchange 10 days.
• SD Memory Cards (defective exchange), exchange 90 days.

Added Warranty

Receive a 3 year warranty when you register selected cameras at the Panasonic Registra web site. If your product was purchased NEW, from an authorized US dealer and model numbers listed below, you are qualified for your 3-Year Extended Warranty (valid for US models only).

You must complete a separate form for each individual model. If service is required on your product, the proof of purchase and a photo of serial number will be checked by Panasonic to confirm your warranty status.

Qualifying Models are: HC-X2, HC-X20, HC-X2000, HC-X1500, HC-X1000, HC-X1, HC-WXF991K, HC-WXF1K HC-VX981K, HC-VX870K, HC-VX1K, HC-V800K, HC-V785K.
