Types of Warranty in Canada

 
  1. Exchange - Products that have an exchange warranty should be returned to the place of purchase for exchange. Exchange period is from the date of purchase.
  2. Service repair parts and labour - Products with this warranty should be taken to a Panasonic Authorized Service Center for repair.
  3. Service in home parts and labour - Products with this warranty are serviceable in the customers home by a Panasonic Authorized Service Center, if the customer is within a specified distance.
    Note: Refer to the distance applicable in the individual warranty policies.  (50 km radius within an authorized service depot is the set range.)

Warranty Registration

It is not necessary to register your Panasonic product for warranty purposes. Simply retain a copy of your receipt or bill of sale from the authorized Panasonic dealer where you purchased your product. If you would like to register your product you can do so at the following link.
