What is the difference between Maximum Continuously Recordable Time and Actual Recordable Time?

  The actual recordable time refers to the time that is recorded when repeatedly starting/stopping recording, turning the unit on/off, moving the zoom lever etc. The maximum continiously recordable time refers to the recordable time when recording without pause, powering on/off etc.
