Troubleshooting - Home Network app error message "Server Error" when accessing the Honeywell thermostat.

As of August 2024, Panasonic Home Network System app will no longer support registration of Honeywell thermostat.
For users who already have registered the Honeywell thermostat you should execute the deregistration of Thermostat from Hub by August 2024.

Deregistering Thermostat

  1. Select "App home page.
  2. Select "Settings".
  3. Select "Device registration".
  4. Select "Deregistration".


After August 2024 if thermostat temperature is checked, Home Network system App will display “Server Error”.
