Troubleshooting - Bluetooth® - Pairing cannot be done. - Audio Products

Check the Bluetooth devices condition. Confirm that it is turned on and Bluetooth is turned on.
If prompted for a passkey, input "0000".
This system can only connect to one device at a time. Confirm that it is not connected to another device. Disconnect the other device and try pairing the device again. Refer to "How to disconnect a Bluetooth® device.".
You can register up to 8 devices with this unit. If a 9th device is paired, the device that has not been used for the longest time will be replaced.
For some built in Bluetooth® devices you have to set the audio output to the device manually. Read the operating instructions for the device for details.
The pairing of the device was unsuccessful or the registration has been replaced. Try pairing the device again. Refer to "How to pair a Bluetooth® device.".
The device is out of the communication range. (approx. 10 m (33 ft)). Move the device nearer to the system.
