Troubleshooting - I forgot my password for the HomeHawk access point.

Processes to reset the password.


  • Connect to the access point while at home and change the password. (The password is not required when your mobile device is connected to the same wireless router as the access point.) Refer to "How to change the access password".
  • If you cannot connect to the access point while at home to change the password, force the access point to reset its settings and then configure the access point again. - Refer to "How to reset the access point".
