Possible cause and solutions
- The pairing of the device was unsuccessful or the registration has been replaced. Try pairing the device again.
- This system might be connected to a different device. Disconnect the other device and try pairing the device again.
- Disconnect the AC mains lead of the main unit, and wait for at least 3 minutes, then reconnect it. Try connecting the Bluetooth® device again. It may solve the problem.
- For models with "Link Mode" if Mode 2 is selected in Link Mode, select Mode 1. Refer to "How to set the "Link mode" on an audio product".
