Troubleshooting - The television is frozen / locked up.
Troubleshooting steps when a television appears to be frozen.

- Check for Overheating: Ensure the TV is in a well-ventilated area and isn't overheating, as this can cause the TV to freeze.
- Disconnect External Devices: Unplug the television from the electric outlet. Disconnect any external devices (like gaming consoles, streaming devices, or USB drives) to see if they're causing the issue. Wait 1 minute. Plug the television back in to the electrical outlet and test. If the television now operates, you may have a problem with one of the external devices. Plug the devices back in one at a time to determine the source of the problem.
