Troubleshooting - The touch sensor does not seem to be working - Models RZ-S300, RZ-S500, EAH-AZ70

I do not hear any response tone or voice guidance indication when I touch the touch sensor

If you don't hear a response tone from an earbud and if the other earbud touch sensor operates normally, the non-responsive earbud is possibly defective. Please contact customer service or the retailer that the product was purchased from.


The touch sensor is not responding to physical touch

There may be a fabric/material or hand lotion, soap, and/or other viscous fluids on your fingertips. These prevent the connection to the touch sensor. If you have trouble using the touch sensor on your earbuds, ensure your fingere tips are clean and you are not wearing thick gloves.


The temperature of your finger tips may also impact this. Warming up your fingertips or moving to a warmer area will improve your usage of the touch sensor.

 

The touch sensor does not work on one earbud.
