Troubleshooting - Connection problem - Cannot access the HomeHawk remotely, was able to access before.

  1. Unplug your router and than your Access Point.
  2. Plug back in the router and wait 5 minutes (check on your mobile device that you can connect to internet using the same home Wi-Fi network that your Access Point is connected to)
  3. Plug in the Access Point and wait until solid green LED appears.
  4. Check that you can connect to your cameras when connected via your home Wi-Fi network.
  5. If yes, check that you can now connect to the system remotely (LTE)

If you are still not able to connect remotely:

  1. Reset the Access Point and perform the initial setup again.
  2. Change the resolution on the camera and see if it connects.
  3. Change the frame rate of the camera and see if it connects.
