Troubleshooting - Connection problem - Cannot access the HomeHawk remotely, was able to access before.
- Unplug your router and than your Access Point.
- Plug back in the router and wait 5 minutes (check on your mobile device that you can connect to internet using the same home Wi-Fi network that your Access Point is connected to)
- Plug in the Access Point and wait until solid green LED appears.
- Check that you can connect to your cameras when connected via your home Wi-Fi network.
- If yes, check that you can now connect to the system remotely (LTE)
If you are still not able to connect remotely:
- Reset the Access Point and perform the initial setup again.
- Change the resolution on the camera and see if it connects.
- Change the frame rate of the camera and see if it connects.
