Sympton - Charging indication, notification lamp not glowing

Possible cause and solutions

• The adaptor is not inserted into the household outlet correctly. Correctly insert the adaptor into the household outlet.
• The appliance plug is not firmly inserted into the socket. Firmly insert the appliance plug into the socket.

Sympton - Charging indication, notification lamp turns off.

Possible cause and solutions

• While charging the red light glows, after chargin is completed the light turns off. Charging is completed in about 2 hours.
• The charging time may differ with the charging capacity.

To check if charging is completed

Press the facial cleanse switch or warming makeup removal switch while the AC adaptor is connected. The charging indication/notification lamp glows and then turns off after approximately 5 seconds.

Sympton - Charging indication, notification is blinking once per second

The battery level is low. Charge the appliance.

Note

• The AC adaptor is intended to be correctly oriented in a vertical or floor mount position.
• If the shape of the plug does not fit the power outlet, use an attachment plug adaptor of the proper configuration.

Sympton - Charging indication, notification is blinking twice per second

Abnormal charging.

Note

• Charge the appliance within the recommended ambient temperature range (15–35°DegreesC (59- 95F)
• The AC adaptor is intended to be correctly oriented in a vertical or floor mount position.
• If the shape of the plug does not fit the power outlet, use an attachment plug adaptor of the proper configuration.

No Power

The appliance has not been charged and or the AC adaptor is connected.

The cleansing brush is not foaming.

Possible cause and solutions

• There is too much or too little water. Use the measuring cap to fill the correct amount of water.
• There is too much or too little facial cleanser. Adjust the amount of facial cleanser.
• You are using a facial cleanser that does not foam well when using the recommended amount. Check the type of facial cleanser used.

The power does not turn on.

Possible cause and solutions

1. The appliance has not been charged. Charge the appliance.
2. The AC adaptor is connected. Disconnect the AC Adaptor before use.

The power turns off during use.

Possible cause and solutions

• There is no power remaining in the battery. Charge the appliance.
• Appliance is clogged with facial cleanser. Use warm water to clean and remove the cleanser.
• Too much facial cleanser, sticky facial cleanser and or other inappropriate cleanser has been used. Clean and remove the cleanser and then try reducing the amount of facial cleanser.
• The appliance automatically turns off approximately 3 minutes after using the warm makeup removal mode and approximately 1 minute after using the brush cleansing or silicone brush cleansing modes. The appliance stops every 20 seconds when using to wash your face.

The soft brush not removing my makeup.

Possible cause and solutions

1. You did not remove makeup before using the soft brush, or you are using facial cleanser that does not remove makeup well.
2. If you are still wearing makeup, first remove the makeup using the warm makeup removal mode or remove eye makeup with your hands.
3. Using a facial cleanser designed to remove makeup is also more effective when using the soft brush.

Rotation is slow when using the silicone brush after operation of the cleansing brush.

Too much foam has accumulated in the facial cleanser compartment. Rinse the facial cleanser compartment with water.

The unit will only operate for a few minute after charging.

The battery has reached the end of its life. (approximately 3 years).

Note:

The battery is not replaceable.

The warming makeup removal plate is not warm.

The appliance was used outside of the recommended usage temperature range. Use the appliance at the recommended usage temperature (15–35°C or 59-95°F).
