Possible cause and solutions

1. Charge the trimmer. Refer to "Charging process, troubleshooting and tips".
2. Clean the blade and apply oil. Refer to "How to clean and apply oil".
3. Replace the blade. Refer to "How to replace the foils and blades".
4. Have the battery replaced by an authorized service centre. Refer to "Shaving Products Warranty and Repair Information".
