How to use the Call block feature.

Panasonic Telephones offer various methods to block calls. Some of the common methods are:

  • Block a single number - Blocks calls from specific phone numbers stored in the call block list.
  • Block a range of numbers - Blocks calls that begin with a number pattern. example toll-free phone number prefix, an area code.
  • Block unknown number - The unit blocks calls that have no phone number.
  • Automated call block - Block all callers except those on allow list.

Note: You must subscribe to Caller ID to use Call Block.

When a call is received, the unit rings once while caller information is being received. If the caller’s phone number matches an entry in the call block list, the unit emits no sound to the caller, and disconnects the call.

Block options and programing methods vary by telephone model.
Select your model from the drop down list below for information on the commonly used block options.
